Refund Policy

chatlasso is operated by Ringpixel LLC. This policy explains when we issue refunds for subscription charges. It supplements the Terms of Service and does not limit any non-waivable rights you have under local consumer law.
Try before you pay
The Free plan costs nothing and needs no payment method. Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial with full features and no payment method required. The trial exists so you can verify chatlasso fits your workflow before any money changes hands.
Cancellation
You can cancel any time from Billing, in two clicks. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for, and your flows and data are retained so you can return later.
When we refund
- Billing errors: duplicate charges, charges after a completed cancellation, or amounts that don't match your plan are refunded in full.
- Extended outages: if the Service is unavailable due to a fault on our side for a significant continuous period (excluding Instagram/Meta platform outages and maintenance we announce), we will credit or refund a pro-rated share of the affected month on request.
- Legal requirements: where the law of your country requires a refund, we honor it.
What we generally do not refund
- Partial months after a mid-cycle cancellation (access continues to period end instead).
- Charges older than 60 days.
- Unused portions of the monthly contact allowance; the allowance is a usage cap, not stored value.
- Suspensions caused by violations of the Terms of Service or Meta's platform policies.
How to request one
Email hello@chatlasso.comfrom your account email within 14 days of the charge, with the charge date and amount. We respond within 5 business days; approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
