Your data: privacy and deletion
What chatlasso stores, how it's protected, and the three ways to delete it.
What we store and how it's protected
To run your flows chatlasso stores: your account and workspace details, your flow definitions, your Instagram account's ID and username, an encrypted access token (AES-256-GCM), and the comments, DMs, and taps your flows respond to. Passwords are hashed, webhooks are signature-verified, and every query is isolated to your workspace.
Your data is used only to operate the service. It is never sold, never used for ads, and never used to train models. Full details live in the Privacy Policy at chatlasso.com/privacy.
Deleting your data
- Disconnect an Instagram account (Integrations): its access token is deleted immediately.
- Delete the workspace (Settings → Workspace): everything, including Instagram data, flows, and contacts, is removed from production within 30 days.
- Or email hello@chatlasso.com from your account email; deletion is confirmed within 30 days.
