Multiple Instagram accounts and the one-account rule
Connect several accounts to one workspace, and understand the rule that protects them.
Connecting more than one account
- Integrations → Connect another account. Each connection walks through Instagram's own sign-in; you can repeat it for every professional account you manage.
- Flows run on all connected accounts: a comment trigger fires on whichever account the comment lands on, and replies are sent from that same account.
- Disconnect any account individually from Integrations; its flows stop immediately and its access token is deleted.
One Instagram account, one chatlasso account
An Instagram account can only ever be connected to ONE chatlasso customer account at a time. This protects creators: nobody can sign up with a different email and attach automation to an account that's already yours.
If a workspace tries to connect an Instagram account that is already connected elsewhere, the connection is refused and the offending workspace is suspended automatically. The workspace owner receives an email explaining what happened.
Suspended by mistake? Reply to the notification email or open a ticket from Help; a human reviews every suspension.
