Team, roles, and billing
Seats, permissions, plans, and what happens when things lapse.
Team and roles
- Settings → Team → Invite member. Owners hold every permission; Admins run flows and the Instagram connection; Members watch activity and stats.
- Roles are editable per workspace: clone or adjust the permission set as your team grows.
- You can never demote or remove the last Owner; the workspace always has one.
Billing
The Free plan is free forever, no card; paid plans start as a 14-day full-featured trial. Upgrades go through Stripe checkout under Settings → Plan (monthly or yearly, yearly saves 25%); cancellations run to period end, land you on the Free plan, and reversing a cancellation is one click.
Past-due never deletes anything: your data and history stay. Plan limits are the monthly people allowance, the flow count on Free, and how many Instagram accounts you can connect (see the allowance guide).
